These are unprecedented times. There are too many working class families here in Kitsap County living paycheck to paycheck who are struggling to make ends meet. We are seeing firsthand how our most vulnerable communities have been impacted and we as a society need to ensure that we do better for the next generation.

“Challenging times, call for proven leadership. As we focus on keeping our families healthy and communities safe, we are seeing the devastating economic impacts of this pandemic. We need experienced leaders In Washington State. With my experience as a four-term Bremerton City councilwoman, an advocate, , I know I am ready”

Most of Leslie’s adult life has been focused on supporting kids and families. Leslie works in campus security for many years in the Bremerton School District, and she knows firsthand about the challenges facing kids and families here in our community.
